This webinar will be the first in a quarterly series to provide our members with an update on developments at the FAA and in Congress related to Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) and provide access to the latest information on aviation noise issues. This event will feature N.O.I.S.E. PBN Working Group Chair Ambrose W. Clay and Emily Tranter. Mr. Clay is the Ward I Councilman for the City of College Park, GA and an active N.O.I.S.E. member. Ms. Tranter is N.O.I.S.E.’s National Coordinator.
