The
National Organization to Insure a Sound-controlled
Environment (N.O.I.S.E.), America’s oldest community based
aviation noise organization, hosted its first annual
“Aviation Policy Summit/Community Involvement Workshop” in
San Antonio, Texas in conjunction with the National League
of Cities (NLC), Congress of Cities Exposition. The
workshop was held Tuesday November 10th at the
Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in downtown San Antonio.
