The National Organization to Insure a Sound-controlled Environment (N.O.I.S.E.), America’s oldest community based aviation noise organization, hosted its first annual “Aviation Policy Summit/Community Involvement Workshop” in San Antonio, Texas in conjunction with the National League of Cities (NLC), Congress of Cities Exposition.  The workshop was held Tuesday November 10^th at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in downtown San Antonio.
